David Garber Construction began with the work of David Garber 39 years ago. It is based in Woodburn, Oregon and has grown considerably since its founding, doing both residential and commercial projects.  The company specializes in concrete work and has done projects in Hawaii and Eastern Oregon, as well as working locally around the Portland Metro area. Their work ranges from decorative concrete to foundations, and they are also available for framing and architectural work.
